Responsible for growing company's sales in the region, setting growth plan, executing the plan, and tracking the success of the plan. At this position I was responsible for development market of the following brands: GE, SYSTIMAX, Corning, Conteg, Uniflair, Panasonic and ARUBA solutions to partner and end-user accounts in senior business developer role. And Oversaw strategic account planning, business development, sales forecasting, marketing, pricing, training and hiring of personnel for all channels in Egypt, Libya and Sudan.Also I was responsible to manage relationship with my company Vendor, develop business with them, enhance sales process and open new channels for us.

Worked directly with the customers in defining solutions, making presentation to decision makers, winning the business, and implementing the solution for networking needs. Served as the customer’s single point of contact for all Networking related issues.• Built and developed customer relationship by attending meetings, delivering solutions to meet customer requirements. Supported business-planning activities. Resolved pricing and service issues.

In this position I act as Designing engineer, work on new network designs and migrations whilst liaising with customers, providing them with plans and design documentation. In addition, I am called to troubleshoot network issues as they arise and suggest remedial action along with pro-active means of preventing repeat occurrences. Teaching aspects of networking to other engineers and customers has become more important in my position. Data center Design achieved whilst performing this role include the Content Network Specialization, and the Wi-Fi Design Specialization. One of my roles is to prepare technical responses to bids. This requires me to provide documented designs, equipment schedules and configurations commensurate with the customer business requirements. Recent successes include the wired and wireless secure network infrastructure for the Cataract Hotels.

My initial responsibilities were the design of structured cabling systems for data and voice applications within the SME, Enterprise environments and FTTX projects. Projects varied from $20k to $2m in size and required mastery of not only the technical aspects of the project but also the management of the installation contractors, interaction with client's IT departments and management of the contractual and financial elements of the projects. Technologies that required connectivity included Fiber Optic, Ethernet, digital and analogue telephone

Worked as a reseller for computer parts, also distributer and installer for ADSL service worked manly with dslams at telecommunication provider company, network designing, and network installation.
