• Successfully negotiated the introduction of a shared governance system creating student voting rights on all university matters – a first in Pakistan.• Lobbied and consulted on the reworking of the LUMS Mental Health and Counselling Dept at LUMS.• Introduced women sanitary products vending machines on campus. • For the first time in history, got a budget approved for the council and managed it.• Worked on the Disbursement committee which included creating the marketing strategy and management of the LUMS COVID-19 fund. Raised up to PKR 12.6 million which were distributed among staff, students and NGOs.• Led successful negotiations with the university administration resulting in the reversal of a sharp fee hike - a 13% increase was reversed.• Collaborated with SWVL and Careem to run buses for students directly to their respective cities on weekends. Reduced travel costs by approx. 40%.

• Conducted market research in Kashmir and created a business strategy to help PPAF attract investors to boost sustainable tourism ventures in the region. • Proposal utilized by PPAF in preparing their Azad Kashmir Action Plan.• Created the marketing strategy (from branding to execution) for PPAF’s music residency program. The plan was approved by PPAF’s PR firm Asiatic PR.

● Responsible for all the events organized by the organization, from talks to social movements.● Organized workshops in local government schools in order to educate young students about human rights and the importance of tolerance. Surveys conducted before and after showed a significant increase in tolerance.● Planned and managed the society’s first flagship Human Rights Convention.

● Responsible for creating a framework by which all material submitted to the festival was judged.● Lead negotiations with foreign film makers and distributors to participate in the event. Received around 200+ foreign entries - largest haul for any university run film festival.
