Ltd Lahore, Pakistan as a Senior Operator at BOPP Brückner Line having 8.7-meter web with 5 extrusion layers.Successfully completed the Erection of Brückner’s BOPP Film Production Line, Slitter, Metalizer, Bonfanti Overhead Cranes & conveyors in IPAK.● Worked proficiently on Total Station, Auto Level, Theodolite for alignment and leveling of machines during above roles and conduct all measurements needed to meet survey requirements with accuracy.● Proper monitoring of the parameters according to condition and film to be produced i.e. temperature, pressure and other parameters of Extruders, MDO, TDO and PRS by keeping in vision the quality aspects of the film● Attaining maximum overall plant efficiency by recording production, compliance, wastage, recycling and downtime; coordination with maintenance & procurement departments.● Responsible for winder operation of process control i.e. Threading, stabilizing and changing Jumbo rolls whenever required.● Responsible for loading empty cores and unloading jumbo rolls by overhead crane.● Ensuring visual defect free film.● Provide Solutions to technical issues and recommend improvements in production activities.● Planning and pointing out the units in the plant which requires Preventive Maintenance in-cooperation with the Maintenance Department.● Waste Management to minimize waste along with high quality film. ● Familiar with all quality testing processes along with recommended results.● Tactfully achieving QA/QC standards of PP Films (Plain, Pearlized, Composite, Metalize, Sealable/Non-sealable etc.
