Cultural and Artistic ManagerI am interested in managing artistic and cultural projects, especially those targeting communities deprived of art. I strive to bring art to them through projects like "Watch and Try." Additionally, I focus on highlighting the challenges we face as young people and expressing them through directing theatrical and artistic performances, such as the show "White Crow."Through my work on these projects, I have developed skills in team management, procurement, and curriculum coordination and development. Moreover, I discovered my abilities in financial management, settlements, and coordination.The foundation of these experiences stems from my work managing our family supermarket from 2012 to 2015. Later, I pursued my studies, achieving third place in my cohort at the Faculty of Arts and second place in the Institute of Children's Arts postgraduate studies. During this period, I honed skills in sales, shop management, and linking and evolving experiences in managing cultural and artistic projects.Since 2019, I have been volunteering within civil society to gain on-the-ground experience, enhance my communication skills, and deepen my understanding of real-world challenges.In addition to my practical experiences, I have a passion for sales, sales management, numbers, and procurement. I am eager to learn more about these fields and continue developing my expertise in team management. I aspire to gain further experience, explore new work environments, and tackle greater challenges in these areas in the future.

رحلة اتفرج وجرب من شهر يناير الي شهر سبتمبر ، تم العمل فيها علي خمس ورش:-ورشة تمثيل صوتي- ورشة كتابة إبداعية- ورشة صناعة عرائس ماريونيت- ورشة صناعة الأراجوز و الأمانة- ورشة الكلاونتم تدريب من خلالنا ٣٢ ولد وبنت من مدينة ديرمواس من عمر ٩ الي ١٦ عام.تم العمل علي ٣ عروض: ٢ عرض في ديرمواس مركز الشباب و عرض ختامي في المنيا في مركز الجيزويت التربوي YES تمت العروض تحت شعار #ديرمواس_فيها_فن #اتفرج_وجرب #خارج_حدود_العاصمة المشروع ضمن منح برنامج خارج حدود العاصمة التابع لمعهد جوتة الالماني القاهرة..A watch and try trip from January to September , in which five workshops were worked on:-Voice acting workshop- Creative Writing Workshop- Marionette puppet making workshop- Aragoz and Amana Industry Workshop- Clown WorkshopWe trained 32 boys and girls from Dermwas from 9 to 16 years old.3 presentations were worked on: 2 shows in Dermwas Youth Center and a final show in Minya at the Jesuit Educational Center YES The performances were held under the slogan #ديرمواس_فيها_فن #اتفرج_وجرب #خارج_حدود_العاصمة The project is part of the grants of the Beyond the Capital Program of the Institute
