This comprehensive application comprises essential modules such as authorization, access management, and a ruleset for seamless shift assignment. The authorization and access management modules ensure secure and controlled access to the application, while the ruleset feature enables adherence to EU rules in assigning working shifts. One of the key functionalities is the incorporation of a Gantt view, providing a visual representation of schedules for effective planning and oversight. With a focus on user-friendly design and compliance with regulatory requirements, OMS aims to streamline workforce management, ensuring optimal efficiency in shift assignments while offering various other features to enhance overall operational effectiveness. As a UI/UX developer, I focus on crafting intuitive interfaces and user experiences, collaborating closely with designers to uphold quality standards.
