Participate in preparing the office's strategic and annual plans and contribute to the objectives of the support affairs department. Preparing the annual recruitment plan for the QC-Somalia office as well as supervising and coordinating recruitment processes, following up on personnel management affairs with regard to contracts, compliance with local laws, procedures for due diligence for employees, organizing working hours, planning and organizing annual leaves, as well as procedures for motivation, promotion and salary determination. Determining, planning, and preparing the annual plan for training employees in the office and following up on its implementation. Communicate and coordinate with external bodies concerned with personnel affairs and review local laws and regulations periodically. Supervising the preparation of contracts with QC-Somalia suppliers/contractors in coordination with QC-Somalia legal affairs consulting firm.General supervision of the processes of disbursing payrolls for the staff, consultants, and service providers payments in coordination with the concerned departments, as well as directing, organizing, and facilitating the approval of official missions for the QC-Somalia field staff. Timely registration and updating the list of QC-Somalia pre-qualified suppliers/contractors and conducting due diligence. Negotiate and follow up on the implementation of contract terms with service providers in the office and update their data periodically. Preserving the office's assets and following up on their use, providing security and safety conditions in the workplace and during the operations carried out by the office that is in coordination with QC-Somalia security contracting organizations. Supervising and directing support staff and evaluating their performance.
