Mechanical EngineerMillennium Engineering Mar 2007 - Oct 2021Qatar• Make sure that any activity offered for my inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the involvement points marked in the relevant ITP.• Closely monitoring site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Construction Manager, CC to RE and the project Management.• Make sure that the contractor’s personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index.• Monitoring material submittal log to confirm all materials are approved and on time in the site.• Writing (NCR) Non Conformance Report if the site instruction is not carried out by the contractor and the same doing on the site, subject to non rectified activities.• Capable to check the materials needed in accordance with the drawing, specification and BOQ.• Installation of Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, hose Reel, Sprinklers, Fire Alarm, Ducting & Chilled Water System etc.• Installation of Solar system for hot water.• Prepare as built drawing as per work done.• Preparation of material submittals and to review & evaluate as per the project specifications as required by consultant / client prior to approval.• Co-ordination in preparation of shop drawings and to review and evaluate as per the project standards prior to submission for approval from consultants/clients.
