Time Study:Performing the time study activities and analysis to develop the production data fundamental such as cycle time, takt time, standard time, time validation and qualification.Develop the work content-takt graph to determine the headcount balancing to get the optimum headcount planning in the production, assessing the headcount utilization % to takt to have a good efficiency.Capacity Planning:Develop the capacity plan to assess the machine or stations capacity modelling to ensure its in cope with the demand with actual production situation input such as first pass yield, machine performance factor & yield %. Space Management:Designing the production layout based on capacity modelling input. The type of design layout determined based on several situations such as cycle time, projected demand, process design in order to achieved continuous flow, line balancing, good visibility and “born lean”.New Product Transfer & Development:Travelled to the transfer site in Ireland & US to gain production data such as cycle time verification, understanding the output trend and capacity, layout design, material and product flow, see the best practice, observe & learning from their production experience.Performing a detail steps analysis to established new product development cycle time and come out with standard time for product cost calculation. Monitor the line performance, update, improve and working continuously for commercial & sustaining.Continuous Improvement:Involved in Lean Essential training to ensure all executive got trained in order to deliver the lean culture across the plan. Initiate whole site floor marking color coding standardization and implementation project su support site 5S programme. Appointed as on site referral point for the work content takt - lean tools.Assessing required data to support improvement project such as work content – takt, visual staffing plan, demand & capacity charts, hourly tracking board, and others.
