International Projects Portfolio Management

1. Coordinate assigned design, development and construction projects with various regional, state or federal jurisdictions, as well as with special-interest groups, other stakeholders and the public;2. Plan and manage all aspects of project design, development and implementation, which could include technical research/analysis, funding and cost analyses, scheduling, public involvement, project budgeting and contractor/ consultant performance/results.3. Supervise and direct Engineering Teams, Technicians, Appointed consultants and Contractors4. Prepare designs, specifications and cost estimates for RAKWA infrastructure, construction and reconstruction projects;5. Review tender and contract documents6. Administration of Contract Work7. Assist with the supervision of capital project construction including co-ordination of hired equipment, materials and RAKWA employees;8. Assist in the preparation of short and long-term plans to ensure integrity of the RAKWA's infrastructure;9. Prepare financial information on required projects;10. Assist in developing and monitoring a Maintenance Management Program;11. Prepare and implement work and equipment schedules;12. Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget;

In charge of business development and over see operations in the project surveys division, including Pipe Surveys and Pipeline remedial works for Infrastructure and Oil & gas Industries.-Coordinating Sales projects for market growth-Product & Sales Support to existing Clients-Service Marketing-Engineering Services BOD, Proposals, Estimates-Tender negotiation

• Developed design, calculations and procurement specifications for pressure vessels, pipework, pumps, valves, fire ventilation, chimney-stacks, instrumentation and support structures• Assisted in project managing £12 million oil and gas refinery design upgrade project.• Designed and delivered procurement specification for £3 million GRE pipework. • Reviewed and critically assessed Manual and Automated Valves worth £2 million.• Participated in recruitment drives and represented Bilfinger IS at Nationwide career fairs to hire new mechanical graduate engineers.• Experience in FMEA failure analysis and ASME Code Compliance. • Ability to communicate with people and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
