o Managing an industrial loan portfolio related to Mining, pharmaceutical, Logistic and Animal Feed sectors with a net commitment equivalent to SR 5 billion.o Preparing loan appraisals that principally assess the credit risk, operational risk, viability of the project and creditworthiness of the loan applicant based on a comprehensive financial, economic, marketing and technical analysis to ensure an accurate and realistic credit evaluation is conducted on the proposed project.o Ensuring the assembly of all information necessary for the credit evaluation of the project including costing, financial, legal, and economic information as well as credit references from banks or other institutions which have dealt with the borrower.o Monitoring the projects during implementation and operation stages until the full repayment of the loan which includes project performance evaluation, periodic financial analysis, and validation of the compliance with loan terms and financial covenants.o Loan Repayment Administration which include collection of installments, negotiations with clients, and evaluation of loan restructuring/rescheduling requests based on technical, marketing, and financial evaluation.o Preparing periodic loan reviews reports to assess the clients' ability to service their debt obligation.o Visiting potential and existing clients’ company site to gather information about the company status and observe progress during construction and operating phases.o Ensuring that timely and professional services are provided to the potential and existing clients during every stage of the project life cycle.
