Saudi Aramco Project Management TeamSMP Responsibilities:- -Ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within given time and budget.-Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfill identified objectives and deliverables.-Actively managing project risks, contingency, mitigation plans and maintaining high team performance as Saudi Aramco representative with the contractor. -Provide technical & project management oversight to design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup of facilities, and close out of the project with compliance of Saudi Aramco procedures. -Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development.-Implement company initiatives & business processes in projects. -Prepare/Review monthly project reports showcasing the status of design, procurement, construction, achieved milestones, payment, to the management.-Analysis for any scope changes, prepare documentation as per Saudi Aramco procedure and submit for approval.-Review procurement plan, project execution plan, project quality plan, HSE plan, procurements submissions.-Interviews of key personnel of the contractor.-Lead weekly progress, monthly progress meetings with PMC and contractor to ensure the project progress is according to approved project baseline.-Develop and review DBSP, FEED and cost estimate, bidding documents, bidders Job-Ex meeting and prepare technical bid evaluation, commercial bid and award contract to the successful bidder including PMC and construction contractor.-Review and comment during the detailed design using company’s engineering tool E-review and ensure the design is as per Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, quality compliance, and procedure.-Coordination with all interface stake holders and project proponent.
