The role of my position required a strong sales knowledge, as we were dealing with different ages of customers. In my work at Ant Marketing, I had to undertake administrative duties, has given me the opportunity to discover first-hand the importance of self-motivation as well as teamwork. Often left on my own, I had to identify and undertake tasks which contributed to the smooth running of the team. Not only has Ant Marketing revealed the complexity of running a successful business, but also it has taught me the central importance of customer service: without people skills one can never have a successful business.
