- Manage payroll for all countries where Climate-KIC operates. (EMEA) – 13 Countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.- Maintain a strong relationship with the payroll provider.- Work daily with the HR Operations colleagues on payroll-relevant areas.- Contribute to a smooth collaboration between HR Operations and Business Partners.- Ensure the accuracy of payroll records, including employee time and attendance data.- Work closely with HR Team colleagues and payroll provider to advise on non-standard questions and solutions for our employees, registering new starters and processing leavers. - Collaborate in a daily manner with HR Team colleagues to ensure that the payroll service is punctual, accurate, and responsive to employee expectations.- Keep the HR Team updated about any changes in labor regulations impacting payroll-related activities.- Ensure all variances are investigated and explained, and the internal finance team has all the reports for payments to be met on time.- Document and maintain payroll procedures manuals and assist with the preparation of year-end payroll tax forms.
