• Primary responsibility was to provide sales support to KAM team and operational support to Project Team for key account Warid Telecom.• Support Account Managers in Preparation, submission and follow up of offers/bids.• Support bid managers in ensuring quality submission of bid/proposal.• Ensuring compliance to all documents involved in Ericsson Business Process and making it SOX compliant. • Support KAM team in following Ericsson Sales Process and keep them informed of revisions and updates help them in updating SMIS.• Preparation of SDP slides, contract handshake check list, AD09 Assessment, Early Starts, customer pricing templates according to Ericsson guidelines and directives. • Arrange contract handshake between AU and EAB and preparation/provision of all mandatory documents to the satisfaction of EAB control.• Submission of early start and follow up.• Pricing for Customs • Drive and control complete ordering with regards to contracted BOQ • Managing ordering from small (200MUSD) project simultaneously.• Negotiating with suppliers• Follow up with 3PP suppliers with regards to committed lead-times with customer.• Support Project Management team on commercial issues towards customer.
