•Ensuring in-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, storage tanks and structures are performed as per Australian standards AS 3788, AS4343 & Qenos SHEOP 6.3 guidelines.•Work closely and collaboratively with Process/operation team leads & Planners to ensure all SH&E and regulatory PVI’s to be completed as per schedule timelines. Process any deferment thru documented wavier system by risk assessment and RBI supporting document.•Conducting FFS study of pressure vessel as per AS3788 App. N and coordinates FFS studies as per API 579 from competent engineering support providers. •Provide engineering support and repair work scope on Process piping, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger and Piping as per ASME PCC2 and establishing MAT as per AS1210, AS 3788, B31.3 and ASME Sec VIII. Ensure compliance of all remedial work thru MOC procedure and with supporting SHEOP requirements. •Review Plant MOD’s under domain of Fixed & Mechanical Engineering and also participates in Risk Assessment, HAZOP and SHE design review as part of MOC Procedure. •Review inspection reports and update inspection data base to meet statutory requirements. Update PV work scope document incorporating recent inspection findings.•Investigate SHE incidents related to Fixed & Rotating equipment and update inspection and work scope strategies •Develop integrity job package and prepare normal and shutdown work scopes •Prepare RBI documents for reviewing PV inspection frequencies and using the RBI document for extending the inspection interval as appropriate with NDT’s for managing the risks. •Prepare work packs for major projects and ensure all ITP’s should meet as per project document and Qenos specification. Giving guidance to alliance contractors for execution of integrity related remedial work.•Provide expertise to Plant turbo machinery for on-going Plant operation, provide input for predictive maintenance based upon machine vibration monitoring, lube oil analysis and field monitoring.

As a team lead my responsibilities were to ensure the quality, safety and reliability of equipment during preventive/ predictive / corrective maintenance by effective supervision, planning, ensuring integrity, developing inspection/ repair plans of all Ammonia / Urea Plant equipment during turnarounds, shutdowns and normal plant operation. Wide experience on maintenance of all fertilizer plant equipment with specialized material like Urea grade stainless steel, alloy steels, high temperature Ni based material for primary reformer, refractory etc. This is achieved by comprehensive planning, developing project quality plans, ensuring availability of maintenance spare parts, development of technical bids, contractor manpower & resource management. Carried out Internal Inspection and Fitness‐For‐Service Assessment of Static and Rotating Plant Equipment at Ammonia, Urea and Utility Plants during Turnarounds, Review of NDTs and Reporting on Repairs.Execution of Hydraulic, Ammonia‐Helium and Soap Film Testing of Heat Exchangers during Turnaroundsand at Fabrication Stages.Advising and assisting Maintenance Department on day to day maintenance and repair procedures ofStatic or Rotating Equipment and organizing NDTs and Heat Treatment Services.Carrying out RCAs and determining mitigation techniques to prevent recurrence of failures.Review of Mechanical Design of Equipment, Weld Procedures and Heat Treatment Requirements.Carrying out RCAs and determining mitigation techniques to prevent recurrence of failures.Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Boilers, Heat Exchangers and Process Piping as per ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3 and TEMA.Development of PQRs for Tube‐Tubesheet Welding of Heat Exchangers as per ASME Section IX.-On‐line leakages rectification from pipe lines, flanges and equipment'ss to save plant outages as per ASME PCC‐2.
