Senior Mechanical Engineer

Carried out Internal Inspection and Fitness‐For‐Service Assessment of Static and Rotating Plant Equipment at Ammonia, Urea and Utility Plants during Turnarounds, Review of NDTs and Reporting on Repairs.Execution of Hydraulic, Ammonia‐Helium and Soap Film Testing of Heat Exchangers during Turnaroundsand at Fabrication Stages.Advising and assisting Maintenance Department on day to day maintenance and repair procedures ofStatic or Rotating Equipment and organizing NDTs and Heat Treatment Services.Carrying out RCAs and determining mitigation techniques to prevent recurrence of failures.Review of Mechanical Design of Equipment, Weld Procedures and Heat Treatment Requirements.Carrying out RCAs and determining mitigation techniques to prevent recurrence of failures.Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Boilers, Heat Exchangers and Process Piping as per ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3 and TEMA.Development of PQRs for Tube‐Tubesheet Welding of Heat Exchangers as per ASME Section IX.-On‐line leakages rectification from pipe lines, flanges and equipment'ss to save plant outages as per ASME PCC‐2.
