Responsibilities:>> Handling the Traffic Management System (TMS) using "SCALA & SCOOT" application which is Siemens technology that integrates and manages Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).>> Monitoring all roads of Abu Dhabi through CCTV systems.>> Taking monthly backup of the Cisco 2960 series switches, servers and all workstation systems.>> Work in commissioning and using the application of the TCS (Traffic Counting System) that count the vehicles of the Abu Dhabi city, TCS is a combination between the out stations' controllers that have been placed on highways i.e. In & Out directions of the city and the application run that massive system to generate the reports for the client use.>> Configuring and commissioning the C800 & C900V SERIES traffic controllers "manufactured by Siemens" by creating and modifying the signal program based on the needs, using either fixed timing mode or actuated time mode.>> Checking the system connectivity in the whole city on a Daily base, and doing the operation by changing the signal timing plan on an intersection. If it's needed.>> Assess the urgency and priority of each individual complaint and carry out the appropriate action.

Responsibilities:>> To design network, implementing & monitoring Remote Desktop, Print Server, VPN, AD, DNS, DHCP, Wireless connection installation & IIS using windows Server 2003 and maintenance services.>> Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting.>> Management of the monthly data backup and retrieval scheme.>> Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.>> Connect all Remote branches Using Internet Explorer and can access the Quick Book.>> Install & Monitor Antivirus and their updates, also maintain Web site, E-mails & Outlook.>> Maintain the company's network infrastructure.
