Conduct inspection for SMS. implements PP meeting. Check the approval sample, analysis the diffecult point with factory together and give suggestions. • WIP tracking. Follow up the bulk schedule and delivery time, analyze SDP and potential delayed orders. Inform the production planning team and give suggestions. • On-site inline inspection for fabric, trims, workmanship, construction, colorway, measurements. Make in-line inspection and share it with brand & factory. In addition, randomly check the daily maintenance, cleanliness and calibration record, test reports for sewing machines, seam seal machines, heat press machines, down filling machine, fabric inspection machines and buttoning machines in workshop. • Conduct final inspection according to approval sample, BOM, trim card, fabric swatch card, washing test sample, size chart etc. • Monitor CFA's inspection reports. • Prepare monthly Q-mark reports to QPM about delivery performance, defective rates, PO rejected rates, then work with factory production department and quality department for the root causes analysis and ask for action plans. • Train CFA for the updated brand manual & SQUAF system. • Perform scorecard meeting with supplier for the SDP/CSR/ Quality, set out the correction action plan and follow it up.
