I am a user experience design (UED) leader with over 20 years of experience in creating engaging, ethical, and impactful digital products. My mission is to empower people and businesses to achieve their goals and aspirations through design thinking, data-driven insights, and human-centered solutions. I'm currently the Senior Manager of User Experience Design at LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network.In my current role, I lead a team of designers on the Customer Experience (CE) team for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions suite of products. We deliver innovative and scalable experiences that help marketers connect with their audiences, optimize their campaigns, and measure their results. We collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to design and launch products that use the latest technology stacks driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) to create personalized and relevant experiences for users. I also mentor and coach other designers, and foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence within my team.
