- Administer monthly payroll processes through ERP system to ensure employees receives the salary and other related compensation on a timely and accurate manner.- Process payroll data transactions in the system to update overtime, personal loan, advance housing allowance, status change as to termination and/or promotion with merit increase, leaves and absences, in order to start the current payroll period.- Prepare and analyze monthly transactions Allowances & Deductions.- Prepare WPS for MOL (Wage Protection System).- Receive and review overtime sheets to ensure that all employees are committed to overtime policies and regulations and include them in payroll.- Process final settlement for terminated and/or resigned employees as per the Company policy and Labor Law.- Reduced expenses by analyzing compensation policies and implementing competitive programs while ensuring adherence to legal requirements- Supplementary Manpower Provider invoices verification and payment process.- Answer the staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

- Searching for potential candidates- Review applicants’ CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements- Managing pre-screening interviews- Follow-up the offer process- Post open requisitions on internal and external portals to attract candidates- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers- Plan and manage recruitment campaigns with local and international partners.- Coordinates and with recruiting agency and makes necessary arrangements for the arrival and induction of new employees i.e. airport pick, accommodation arrangement, food arrangements etc.- Seek and maintain talent pool via recruitment portals.- Maintains the documentation both in printed and soft format as required.- Maintains the complete report of all visa issued to the company - Enter new employees’ data (e.g. all personal data, bank accounts details, GOSI identification numbers) into internal databases.- Updating payroll on GOSI website- Training employees on the recruitment system

- Liaises with GOSI for all required queries on an on-going basis- Issuance and Renewal of Work Permit for Non - Saudi employees- Issuance and Renewal of Iqama Card for Non-Saudi employees and their family member- pay the fees and coordinate with the current employer to approve online, then complete the transfer at Immigration office and obtain the new Iqama card- Maintaining the employee’s status at General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI), this include: the monthly addition and deletion of the employees at GOSI, Download the final contribution bill, filling up the Payment Forms and coordinate with Accounting for the Payments).
