Managing the HRS center

• Performing full cycle recruitment process through screening, interviewing and short listing (in kingdom and overseas)• Attending out of kingdom recruitment workshops (India, Philippines, UAE, Europe, Malaysia….)• Handling recruitment activities for different departments (Industrial Relations, Procurement, Maintenance, Reliability, Staffing….)• Oversee the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer, acceptance and turn downs.• Providing advice and assistance to management and staff on human resources & Recruitment policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.• Recruitment & Manpower Analysis • Conducting job evaluations. • Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies. • Providing advice and assistance to HR management on Recruitment Information System development. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices in the organization. • Consulting on issues related to workplace relations, performance management , recruitment activities and recruitment team structures• Establishing & Managing the On-Boarding team (On-boarding team is handling the medicals, Back ground investigation, flight booking for new employees, hotel & accommodation for new staff, assigning the suitable visa …..).
