•Developing manpower requirements and plans, analyze manpower conditions at SATORP, and coordinate with all SATORP’s organizations•Identifying SATORP’s long and short-term workforce requirements; understand current and future factors influencing the availability and quality of employees•Sourcing candidates through recruitment agencies, networking, career fairs, Internet postings and employee referrals•Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager & senior management•Oversee the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer, acceptance and turn downs•Participating in the interviewing process on an as-needed basis-SAP E-Recruitment System evaluation and the UAT.-Supervising, training the Mobilizing Recruitment team-Verifying contracts for all new employees-Implementing & developing company’s career portal application-Participated in the QMS project (Forms, Procedures, Flow charts…) -Subscriptions with On-line recruitment company (Bayt, Gulftalent…)-Recruitment workshops-Identifying the Critical Positions and updating the related reports-Submitting weekly & monthly reports to HR Manager-Custodian for Satorp’s Visas

>Setting sales budget and identifying / developing appropriate methodologies. • Exploring business development opportunities • Coordinating with Relationship Managers to develop sales plans and to expand market and business • Interviewing and hiring the relevant employees for different positions and levels • Conducting training to Eastern Province staff • Establishing a strong relation with clients • Ensuring that all existing clients are utilizing Company services with high customer satisfaction • Introducing new ideas and opening new markets for the Company

• Identifying new business opportunities via expansion of the customer base • Maintaining contacts with dealers and distributors • Analyzing the market needs, highlighting the market prices and competition and evaluating the existing strengths and weaknesses • Marketing the division products by holding seminars, conducting workshops and launching promotional activities • Handling the layout for all Company products in the customers’ showrooms

• Handling, updating and recording of client communications for all existing and prospective clients • Providing clients with offers and price quotations • Preparing status updates and handling challenges and clients’ complaints • Processing shipments of all freight, commercial and courier collect shipments by communicating with all ARAMEX stations / agents and carriers locally and world wide • Invoicing and ensuring that clients receive invoices on time and as per the quoted rates
