Handling Voice and non-voice account (email support)➢ Assisting subscribers concern regarding internet connection such as No connection, slow or intermittent connection, defective modem or fiber wire issues.➢ We always check our tools if the connection of the clients are in normal parameters.➢ We do the system enhancement to refresh the subscriber’s modem if they encounter the intermittent or slow connection.➢ We also do the ticket creation for escalation to be forwarded to our network team for technician visit➢ We also assist subscribers regarding their accounts such as billing concerns, SOA request, termination of accounts and other non-tech related concerns.➢ We also create a Job Order for those regional subscribers for technician visit.

- Handling ABS-CBN MOBILE prepaid sim Account ( Inbound)- Handling TVplus digital box account ( technical support / inbound)-Handling ABS-CBN Broadcasting Account ( telephone operator) - Handling offline account ( outbound and non-voice for all accounts

- Handling Nso Certificates Delivery (Inbound/Chat support)- Handling DFA Appointment System (Inbound)- Handling social media accounts of Coca-Cola Products (Chat Support)

Responsible for the check in/out of the guest- Manage phone and walked-in inquiries and reservations- Monitoring the housekeeping supplies- Responsible for all guest security- provide payments options and hotel rules- Upsell rooms- depending on guest preferences- Corrdinate with the Housekeeping department if the rooms are ready for accommodation- Assist admin department in making statement of accounts for all the tenants
