12 years in the Army as 13B Cannoneer crew member. Fast pace shooting in a paladin. After making Sergeant was responsable for 5 soldiers with monthly progress reports, team building, leading and setting the example. Moved to OK to be the S3 Operations SGT. Dealing with Word, Powerpoint and excel to make slideshows for the Battalion command team. Tracked every school soldiers were attending in a Battalion of over 100 cadre. Completed travel plans with Defense Travel System for all cadre traveling. Answered emails and phone calls daily, as well as walk ins. Went to higher echelon meetings. Responsable for the training of over 900 basic trainees. Became the shop Non Commissioned Officer in charge as a Staff Sergeant. Planning over 20 major projects in involving the entire Battalion. Making sure Batteries had training area, meals and transportation as well as dealing with issues pertaining to those. Fast paced environment with fast paced results.
