Eventbrite is the largest event marketplace platform in the world. Only in 2022, we had +5 million available events and sold +280 million tickets.► With a sustained +20% YoY growth, I joined Eventbrite to double in size their Spanish headcount and exclusively hire (end-to-end) for the most senior engineering roles.► With a special focus on gender diversity, I successfully partnered and built strong relationships with +10 different Hiring Managers and among other significant placements, hired one of the first female Staff Software Engineers for the entire organization.► 63% Sourcing response rate; 25% Candidate prospected to converted rate; 77% Offer acceptance rate; 50% Diverse (gender) hires rate.

Onna, acquired by Reveal, is a remote-first US startup (Series B, with over $50M in funding) and an enterprise SaaS Knowledge Integration Platform that is being used by top companies like Apple, Meta, Dropbox, Slack, and many more.► Got hired by former manager and joined Onna as the employee #50 ish (we ended up being +180) and the 2nd person in the brand new in-house Talent Acquisition & People team.► Created the recruiting function from scratch and became one of the main points of contact for a team that resulted in +10 over time.► All this while managing every day the end-to-end recruitment of all the tech, product, and business (when needed) roles across Europe and the United States, and ensuring the highest level of candidate experience.► Partnering and building strong relationships with hiring managers (C-level included) to understand their needs and guide them through the recruitment process.► Mostly focused on Senior and Leadership roles, with high technical requirements. I had to master the 'art of sourcing' by defining and developing creative recruitment strategies for identifying the best candidates.► Participate/lead cross-functional HR projects: launching a new careers website, Buddy Program, Onboarding for Engineering, Diversity Sourcing, Interview & Sourcing training, and Onna's HR Intranet, among others.

Searching the globe (and outside) for the best tech talent to join some of the coolest e-commerce and startup companies in Europe like Skyscanner, N26, Glovo or eDreams ODIGEO.On a daily basis, I delivered the full life-cycle recruiting for different clients by attracting, identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates. Eventually, I ended up taking ownership and acting as the main point of contact for one of these clients.

Spring Professional, as part of Adecco Group, is an international firm with a focus exclusively on the recruitment of middle to executive level management and specialists, across all industries. My role here, in particular, was to provide support to each consultant of the LifeScience division from Barcelona. Main functions:► Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline (Boolean searches, Job Board Sourcing, Social Sourcing) ► Designing and managing job postings and job descriptions.► Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings► Coordinate interviews and give support to the assigned consultant throughout the selection process.► Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

In the temporary call center division, I was responsible after 1 month of qualification (but still working closely with the assigned consultant) of several recruitment processes. ► Sourcing quality candidates by using the internal database and job boards.► Handle the job postings in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.► Evaluating job applications, resumes and cover letters to select the best-qualified candidates matching the job description and the client goals.► Contact candidates, arrange interview times and conduct interviews.► Prepare the corresponding recruitment report to send to our client.
