● Installing new motors on fan powered boxes, greasing bearings and motors, installing duct-work & ensuring all air filters are changed and maintained. Changing belts on air handlers, and rebuilding pumps as needed● Overlooking and changing temperatures as needed in Trane Tracer Summit EMS system. Also changing all filters in fan-powered boxes throughout the building. Maintaining and overlooking all exhaust fans on rooftops, maintaining chill water pumps, hot water pumps & all booster pumps throughout the building.● Experience with the fire control panel including testing, silencing, and disabling when needed. Maintaining, running and inspecting fire pump along with fire pump riser valves and locations.● Preventative maintenance on plumbing under the building including valves, sump pumps, drains, and drain lines.Experience in flush valves, diaphragms and toilets which include operating an auger to unclog main sewer lines.Also experienced in changing and replacing water faucets and water fountains. Cleaning and maintaining inside and outside fountains, fountain pumps, etc. Knowledge in shutting off the main water lines for emergency situations.● Knowledge of changing light ballast, problem solving on running down breakers in light panels. Experience in wiring motors and new light fixtures if needed. Coordinating with Plant Operations and assisting HVAC supervisor with schedule arrangements and problem solving in certain areas. Ability to use work order database system to generate work orders and close out assignments.

● Overlooking and supervising over 10+ installers on commercial job sites.● Building and installing all duct work including VAV Boxes, fan powered boxes, self-contained units, split systems, air handler units and commercial rooftop units (RTU).● Installing chill water and condensing pumps. Running all gas and drain lines to designated areas including soldering, silver soldering and welding rooftops with frames.● Ordering materials and tools specific to each job including flex ducts, side wall mounting grills, etc.● Coordinating with all other trades such as sprinkler system installers, sheetrock installers, electricians and plumbers.Ensure all installations were up to code with county inspector.
