Part of the managed services team, providing first line support to over 35 client companies. Issues raisedday to day include support on Office365 suite, on-prem / cloud hosted Active directory, PABXtroubleshooting. Role includes other large scale projects such as on-prem server migration and setup,implementation of new solutions such as local and cloud based backups.2. Daily monitoring of client backups across different solutions (Altaro, Veeam etc), testing each restoremonthly to ensure data is always recoverable.3. Responsible for maintaining internal Linux servers, ensuring each machine passes a regular vulnerabilitychecks, aswell as installing any relevant updates / patches.4. Ensuring internal documentation for both internal and client systems are always up to date.5. Office 365 suite administration, including Exchange Online, Sharepoint document libraries, End pointmanager and Azude Active Directory.6. Migration of client and user data, including migration of existing locally stored data onto SharePointdocument libraries.7. Carrying out Joiner and leaver procedures for Client's employees.8. Responsible for the setup and maintainting of internal and client Inventory system, gathering data throughpowershell scripting and Microsoft intune/end point manager where possible.
