Also responsible to ensure that maritime staff are in compliance with the code of conduct of the company.• Coordinated activities with the main board and superintendents so that performance appraisals are conducted.• Responsible for all the crew handling logistics at the time of vessel’s group exchanges (+ 470 seafarers).• Developed tools as a resource to retain skilled labor, training and development of maritime staff and management career path.• Responsible for the management of the Crewing Strategic Plan and reporting results to the Superintendence.

• Mapped, coordinated and implemented the Training plan of Hamburg Sud Crew Team, with 13 courses, more than 1000 hours of training, involving over than 400 seafarers.• Elaborated the Crew organizational climate survey (involving seven ships and over than 400 seafarers) which resulted in an organizational report that formed the basis for the annual Training map for seafarers.• Implemented the new performance evaluation system of Hamburg Sud crewmembers in Brazil.Achievement: I was been distinguished with the attribution of performance and innovation award "Great Attitudes to Great Achievements" by developing innovative initiatives in the training & development area.I have also achived to execute 100% of the Crewmembers Training Map 2013 with a cost saving of 10% of the approved budget.
