My principal role was to improve the functionality of the products and find new solutions on tracking vehicles and assets using GPS devices, and sensors of many purposes such as fuel, temperature, pressure, etc. I was in charge to develop custom scripts for specifics clients and get data not only from the sensors, but also from the computer ECU of the vehicles or Canbus protocol.I was in charge also of analyzing the GPRS protocol of each GPS device, in order to give support to the System Department to integrate the device to the backend of the company. In most of the cases I developed part of the program or code in Java and then I shared it with my colleagues at work.
