Located at Starkey Head quarter facilities, this leadership position is responsible for all aspects of the company’s tactical procurement/purchasing activities.Responsible for Demand and Material Planning, and Procurement Interface throughout the company to ensure that all practices, tools and techniques align and meet the needs of the entire supply chain, from Product Development through Suppliers into Global Manufacturing and onto Customer Sales.

● Drove the activities for Materials Planning Schedulers for a business with over $1.3B USD yearly sales for 6 different segments under GE Healthcare portfolio.● Manage Warehouse activities for the main facilities for the site with quarterly average inventory worth of $100M USD● Lead Logistics responsibilities for the site with average expense on Inbound freight by quarter of $10M USD ● Implement productivity projects within the supply chain and partnership with lean to improve internal process and reduce waste.

● Lead Materials Purchasing activities to fulfill customers’ needs for segments: Diagnostics Cardiology, Maternal Infant Care and Monitors Solutions that represent one third of the sales for the site.● Create and develop key performance indicated to minimize raw material shortages and effectively identified any potential material shortages on time to properly addressed the actions to mitigate impact customer orders.● Effectively align material inputs to align with inventory goals.● Lead Strategy for Vendor Inventory Management (VMI)
