(3) Principal Lead - Strategy Mapping & Execution / Bank of America Led a 12+ Global Information Security personnel to resolve a complex Risk Identified Audit Issue related to Global Information Security Exception Management across a series of departments. Key contributions, included the development of a novel approach to identify hidden functional business unit relationships and project scope requirements.Drafted/executed the strategy and project roadmap involving three Remediation phases covering Exception Management Systems, policies, and more,to drive performance and delivery.Presented a gap-free documentation of Bank of America requirements across the full breadth of the initiative and adeptly negotiated the final approved document outlining the three remediation actions for audit submission.
