Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in pioneering product development, consistently demonstrating commitment to innovation and the integration of cutting-edge technologies within the automotive domain. I hold multiple patents and Innovation awards for my work in this field. Noteworthy among my experiences is the privilege of receiving mentorship and working closely with Mr. Ratan Tata during the developmental phase of the Tata Nano car.I have spearheaded ‘clean slate’ development of modular & scalable vehicle architectures, “Alfa Arc” at Tata Motors by effectively driving through complex challenges and increasing the company's market share through Altroz & Punch products. Furthermore, my forward-looking initiatives in the realm of electric vehicle development have left a profound imprint on the organization's trajectory.Recently, I acquired proficiency for Independent Director by qualifying the Online Proficiency Test for Independent Director's Data Bank. Also currently, I am an ‘Adviser’ for M/s.
