• Built a full-stack Next.js application to streamline the sign PDF editing process for designers. The app fetches PDFs using Dropbox API. Integrated Photopea in the app for PDF editing, created 30+ custom Photopea scripts using Web Messaging for simplifying repetitive tasks and implemented a complete pipeline for opening, editing and saving PDFs back to Dropbox, saving 1.5+ hours/designer per day. Added admin functionality and performance tracking for admins to manage the entire process.• Automated the placement of signs on bed material by utilising a 2D Bin Packing algorithm (EB-AFIT), achieving optimal placement with an average bed coverage of more than 92%. This reduced bed wastage by 40%, saving $3000 per month, significantly minimized manual effort and accelerated the production process.• Created a 3D viewer that replaced a 100+ image system for product visualization with a single Blender model rendered using React Three Fiber, reducing web page size from 10 MB to 0.7 MB.• Developed and implemented logic to detect when uploaded customer images required upscaling. Integrated claid.ai into the workflow to enhance low-resolution images, reducing blurry or pixelated prints by 25%.
