As a passionate educator and social change advocate, I am currently serving as a Fellow with Teach For India (TFI), where I am committed to transforming the educational landscape for students in under-resourced schools. In this role, I design and deliver engaging lessons, manage supportive classroom environments, and adapt my teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of my students. My focus is on fostering critical thinking and resilience, equipping young learners with the skills necessary for their future success.Before joining TFI, I founded Civic Journal, a platform dedicated to amplifying unheard voices and spotlighting social justice issues. Through my work, I have fostered awareness and understanding of development sector initiatives, driving meaningful change within communities.In my legal career, I have focused on the POSH and POCSO Acts, facilitating sessions for grassroots organizations and training community leaders through capacity building initiatives. This experience has enhanced my ability to address systemic inequalities effectively.My previous experience as an Associate Attorney at DWF (formerly Mindcrest Legal) equipped me with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex legal processes. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline case management and deliver impactful legal support.With a background in legal practice as a Junior Advocate at the Bombay High Court and program coordination with Initiatives of Change, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that combines legal expertise, project management, and community engagement.
