ARUNA is a purpose-driven movement dedicated to enabling communities, with a special focus on women and youth. We work through transformative, rights-based programs that address the root causes of poverty, exclusion, and environmental vulnerability. Through our flagship initiatives—Aruna Sakhi, Aruna Scholars, and Aruna Champions—we help women build resilient livelihoods, gain financial independence, adopt sustainable practices, access social protections, and lead in their communities. At the same time, we equip youth with essential life skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and career readiness to enable them to thrive. At ARUNA, we believe that when women and youth rise, communities don’t just survive—they flourish.
