With over 20 years of experience in program management and development effectiveness, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable and marginalized populations. Currently, I am a Consultant- PMU at British Asian Trust, where I oversee the implementation and coordination of the KWACH program, a multi-year initiative that aims to end child labor and trafficking in India and Bangladesh.My core competencies include IML, M&E, data management, MIS, and ICT4D, which enable me to design and manage regional and national-level programs that deliver high-quality results and outcomes. I have a proven track record of working collaboratively with government, community, and donors, such as DFID, CDC, USAID, GIZ, the Freedom Fund, and NGOs, to ensure compliance, alignment, and best practices in child protection, anti-trafficking, modern-day slavery, and health. I also have a strong niche in building the capacities and skills of staff and partners at both the government and NGO levels. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to contribute to global efforts to eradicate child exploitation and promote human rights and dignity.
