As part of the President's University Review Task Force (URTF), I closely worked with the Dean and Finance team to identify revenue enhancement/cost reduction strategies, adding $ 2 Million to the University's bottom line. Also served as a critical conduit for high-level College-wide projects and partnerships undertaken by the Dean, such as functional integration with the Health Services of the University, inter-agency partnerships with Aga Khan Health Services, AKF, and other AKDN agencies.

The AMC Strategic Plan led to 3x increase in graduate programmes portfolio, 7x increase in extramural research grant volumes, and 8 new research centres.
