PayNearby is a B2B2C fintech company making banking & digital services available in Bharat through its network of over 10 lakh retailers and micro entrepreneurs.I have had the opportunity to lead and implement diverse programs as well as pilot a few to discover the product-market fit.-Managing a B2B ecommerce marketplace and assisted commerce business generating a GMV of INR 20 Crore with over 30,000 paid subscribers.-Leading a micro entrepreneurship program for 9000 Self Help Group(SHG) women in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Transactions of over INR 1,500 Cr have been done till date by the women paving the way for a larger Digital Naari program.-Managing the hyperlocal ecomm marketplace called BuyNearby with operations in Mumbai and Chennai.-Leading the program which enabled 25,000 retailers to get NSDC certified in partnership with the Retailers Association Skill Council of India(RASCI)-Other programs - assisted in the early days of building the cash collection which has grown to a Rs.2,000 crore monthly GMV business, launch of farmer producer organizations (FPO’s) as banking touchpoint program, piloting a job portal and e-health services through retail touchpoints in rural markets.

Yuva Parivartan™ (YP) Movement was started by Kherwadi Social Welfare Association(KSWA) in 1998 to cater to the unmotivated school dropouts and make them economically independent through vocational training. The movement was formally launched in February 2003 by the then President Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. In 20+ years of its existence, Yuva Parivartan has seen tremendous growth to be operational in 18 states and having trained 8,50,000+ beneficiaries. It has expanded its horizons to become a national movement.Yuva Parivartan's eLearning initiative is a mobile-first multilingual learning solution providing a scalable and operation-light model of delivering vocational training. It is also testimony to KSWA's foresight and will to evolve; the journey of a 90-year-old organisation from Kherwadi to the mobile screens of aspiring youth lacking the skilling resources.As Head of eLearning, I was responsible for building this venture from scratch which includes recruitment, product and content development, marketing and fundraising. This role has also given me an opportunity to travel to the hinterlands of the country to understand this target segment and notice the technology penetration first hand.

Travelex India Pvt Ltd, a Travelex subsidiary, supports the worldwide business in fields of Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance and Risk Management.During the 3 year journey, built and managed a scalable and robust IT infrastructure which saw the Indian Global Delivery Centre(GDC) workforce grow from a strength of 80 to over 250.As a Senior Analyst, I was responsible for planning, deploying and managing high priority network and telecom projects across the globe.Additionally, I also dealt with technology recruitment's, vendor management and service provider contract negotiations.

TransContinental e-Services is a sister concern company of Jet Airways with locations in Mumbai and Delhi. It managed the IT infrastructure and BPO for group companies like Jet Fleet, Jet Air and TCeS.During my time as here, I was part of the team which designed the contact centre call routing architecture for Jet Airways which was handling over 25,000 calls on usual business days. Also handled the computer networks for group companies with constant upgradation and deployments for network security, call recording & monitoring and intra country MPLS connectivity.
