Key responsibilities: • Providing Personal and Commercial lending services to clients including loans, line of credits and mortgages• Achieving personal and commercial lending targets of CAD 10 million per year and personal investment targets of CAD 1.5 million per year• Engaging cross-functional teams such as credit, legal, pricing and operations to meet branch’s yearly revenue targets• Identifying and exploring business opportunities with both new and existing customers• Engaging customers in complete, needs-based conversations to provide the right banking product and/or service• Proactively proposing financial solutions to existing customer base to promote new products and drive revenue • Meeting all benchmarks for closing percentage and sales• Educating clients on adoption of digital banking practices

● Leading a team of 15+ employees including tellers, financial service representatives,customer service executives and trainees● Establishing prescribed limits to ensure team members have a clear understanding ofindividual performance expectations● Demonstrating excellent collaborative management/teamwork skills by working closelywith the sales force to develop/retain business and resolve customer issues● Applying the bank’s performance management system by providing open and honestfeedback to teams as well as appropriately and fairly assessing and rewardingperformance● Assigning individual employee’s sales targets, service, and operational effectivenessplans to support the branch’s and divisional targets● Working collaboratively with partners and other specialists to optimize marketplaceopportunities, maximize overall branch growth and profitability● Monitoring the completion of operational effectiveness requirements as outlined inpolicy and procedures to manage risk within acceptable limits

Key responsibilities: • Opening personal, commercial, business and investment accounts • Advising and educating customers on appropriate banking solutions based on their needs• Processing personal lending applications including personal loans, line of credits and mortgages • Meeting with branch partners to discuss appointments and cross-referral opportunities• Creating innovative ways to build business from individual accounts and meeting annual targets• Proactively pursuing to close sales opportunities to bring in additional revenue for the branch

Key responsibilities:• Helping customers with everyday transactions including cash withdrawal, deposits, • Balancing daily cash deposits and bank vault inventory with a zero error rate• Meeting monthly credit card and account referral targets • Maintaining positive professional relationships with customers and coworkers• Selling travel insurance products to customers
