Design & Engineering Phase Review project Façade drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architect and other engineering consultants to determine the best facade design outcomes. Advice solutions for a cost-effective and alternative proposals Review and checking façade subcontractor submittals (material, shop drawing, method statements, ITP ….) with documentation, observations, comments, and recommendations Contribute to production of internal technical notes and share gained knowledge and information. Liaising with local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations Coordination with MEP to ensure compliance with all their requirements Review and checking of RFIs and change orders related to façade package Attendance at relevant client/consultant meetingsConstruction Phase Review construction sequencing & scheduling and develop construction Method Statement and logistic. Oversee construction of façade mock-up & perform testing Advice about any unexpected technical difficulties on façade, and other problems that may arise Carry out factory and site inspections to assess the quality and conformance of equipment provided by the facade contractor Liaise with the architectural and commercial teams for technical and variation disciplines during the delivery of the project Attendance at relevant site meetings.Projects Handled for Facade works:1.
