Sustainability Consultant:-Manage Certifications: Oversee LEED, WELL, BREEAM, WiredScore, and SmartScore processes.-Conduct Assessments: Evaluate and enhance building sustainability and performance.-Advise on Design: Integrate sustainable practices and technologies into projects.Energy Modeler:-Perform Energy Modeling: Analyze energy consumption and efficiency in line with LEED requirements as per ASHRAE 90-2010 and ASHRAE 90-2010 on IES-VE software.-Daylight Analysis -Daylight analysis as per LEED and WELL requirements on IES-VE software. -Optimize Performance: Improve building energy performance through simulations.-Recommend Measures: Suggest LEED-compliant energy efficiency improvements.-Support Design: Integrate energy-efficient solutions into building designs.Decarbonization and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment):-Perform LCA Analysis: Evaluate environmental impacts to support LEED and BRREAM credits on One- click software. -Low-Carbon Design: Use the LCA software tool to design low-carbon buildings.-Perform LCA as per -Level(s) requirements – A common EU framework of core sustainability indicators for buildings -Inform Decisions: Provide recommendations based on LCA for better sustainability outcomes-Conduct CRREM Analysis: Assess stranding points related to carbon and energy performance of the building according to CRREM tool and provide them carbon risks and manage decarbonization strategies. -Develop Plans: Create and implement carbon reduction strategies.-Implement Technologies: Use low-carbon technologies to reduce emissions.
