With my expertise in digital transformation, I leveraged data, technology, and analytics to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and optimise cost.I have a strong experience in management consulting, having worked as an Assistant Vice President at Genpact for three years, where I led a team of consultants to deliver Digital transformation, Process Mining, Intelligent Automation and strategy solutions across industries. I also have experience as a strategy consulting intern at Miebach, a global supply chain consultancy. I am a former Civil services officer, with many service awards for handling multi-functional roles in transportation, technology, and client relationship.
