- Played the roles of Platform Engineer and Product Engineer with responsibilities to design and implement highly customizable multi-tenant micro-services and data pipelines for our SaaS platform.- Implemented mailbox functionality within our product leveraging Mailchimp’s Mandrill service.- Designed and developed an Event logging pipeline to collect user activity and transaction data using Python, Flask, RabbitMQ, Celery, and MongoDB. This data powered dashboards to gain valuable insights and also served to train ML models which enhanced the accuracy of our AI services.- Recognized that the usage of a paid URL shortener service was not fully utilized for our specific needs and implemented an in-house URL shortener service with minimal capabilities and conducted a POC, aimed to reduce costs for the company.
