Developed and implemented processes to address identified gaps.-Strategized and executed employee engagement initiatives based on eNPS feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity. -Organized weekly town hall meetings and employee syncs to foster open communication and engagement within the organization.

Talent Acquisition:-Led end-to-end recruitment cycle including screening, talent mapping, stakeholder management and offer negotiations for R&D, Finance and corporate verticals.-Successfully closed over 100+ backlog requisitions across R&D, Finance, and corporate verticals.-Worked collaboratively across various verticals to facilitate contractual hiring for multiple positions.-Conducted end-to-end campus recruitment process, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing interviews, as well as post-joining formalities for both management and graduate engineer trainees.-Worked on Ad hoc projects: Collected, updated, and summarised key data points for revamping the official website, assisted in designing the interface for content display on the EKAM app (employee’s app), and contributed to the development of tools for seamless virtual campus hiring.Learning and Development:-Led the annual 360-review Development cycle for employees in collaboration with external evaluators, developing and implementing planning strategies in line with company guidelines while ensuring efficient execution of schedules and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.-Managed the promotion cycle of employees based on performance reviews and reports, including feedback collection and the generation of the 360 Review report.
