I am primarily responsible for IT project(s) / product(s) and service(s) delivery management. I have been associated with multiple projects and involved in customer engagement programs. I have been managing several customer deliveries simlutaneouly. I have been heading a big team across pan India locations. I closely work with pre-sale, sale and marketing team on new prospects to contribute in organizational growth in terms of revenue generation.
