Abhinav has expertise in handling representation before various appellate levels. He also has wide experience in advising large clients and assistance in representing multinationals before tax authorities and appellate forums. Abhinav handles complicated compliance-related assignments and provides advice on international tax issues, conceptualisation of tax-effective structures for undertaking business transactions and tax due diligence assignments.Before joining BDGA as partner Abhinav was advising Multinationals as Corporate tax manager in EY on various issues. In addition, he has been providing advice to clients on international tax, withholding tax and domestic tax-related issues to clients in various industry sectors including FMCG, retail and consumer goods, Software, infrastructure,. On a regular basis, Abhinav attends International Tax conferences organised by various institutes, organisational bodies, etc in order to gain ab better understanding of the subject.Abhinav is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also cleared all levels of Company secretary Course.
