Part of the 0 to 1 team @ Striker that shaped up a massively feature packed MVP in 20 weeks from concept to launch and kept working to take it to PMF. ▶️ Laid down the visual design language of the app. Setup design system foundations and created a basic set of components that ensured we moved quickly. ▶️ Delivered several core user flows like - Drops (getting Player Cards), Fantasy (Using Player Cards) and Crafting (Upgrading Player cards). ▶️ Navigated the complexities of 0 -> 1 - constant scope changes and design iterations. ▶️ Worked with cross functional team members from Product, Program, Engg and Marketing teams to launch a new product from scratch in ~20 weeks▶️ Striker grew to ~25k DAU and ~1 million total NFT trades in around 7 months since its inception

Designer in the MPL Fantasy and Design System team▶️ Part of the team that brought MPL’s biggest feature for IPL 2022 - MPL Fantasy Pro (Team Trading), from concept to release. Impact: +5-10% GMV.▶️ Spearheaded the Product UI Design for MPL Fantasy. Collaborated with stakeholders, peers and developers to quickly ideate, create and ship pixel perfect User Interfaces.▶️ Worked on Quick Edit, a feature that reduces time taken by users to edit fantasy teams. Impact: Reduction in Editing time ~80%.▶️ Led design efforts in shipping - Quick Access, a feature that helps users accessing their recently played matches.▶️ Collaborated with Product, Product Engineering, Release Engineering and Program Management, Marketing and Legal folks to ideate and ship multiple product iterations through multiple releases.▶️ Ideated and executed several quality of life changes in Vector Design System (VDS), MPL’s own design system. This included building of new components and updating existing foundational elements like typography and iconography.

Interned at seed stage startup (founded: May 2020) focussing to bring the habit of hobby learning in tier-2 and tier-3 India.▶️ Made 200+ user research calls to find out growth avenues and product shortcomings.▶️ Documented insights and discussed them on community & product levels - several insights led to product features and improvements.▶️ Designed ~15 high quality Ad collaterals for acquiring users for community. Process documentation linked below.▶️ Created ~25 content posts for the music community section of the FrontRow App. Posts became an instant hook with Day 1 retention of users who interacted (~1600 users) jumped to ~40% vs~14% of an average community visitor (MAU ~20,000).▶️ Executed several growth experiments to grow the number of community visits on the app. Experiments included: targeted notifications, SMS, emails and Whatsapp marketing. Reached ~400 acquisitions/day from these experiments.

Early stage ed-tech startup trying to explain blockchain programming concepts through interactive courses▶️ Responsible for the ideation and execution of several growth experiments.▶️ Used Amplitude to analyze user behavior and gain actionable insights from it.▶️ Used Ahrefs to leverage SEO as one of the possible traction channels. Created an actionable SEO strategy. Did market analysis, keyword research, and backlink analysis to draft the strategy. ▶️ Repurposed educational content in blogposts to gain traction from a different possible traction channel.▶️ Achieved limited success due to a bad execution and a niche market. Learned several lessons in this process.
