I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, scientists, and marketers to deliver solutions that enhance our products’ conversational and task completion capabilities. My previous stint at Amazon was as a Senior Product Manager with Customer Engagement Technology where I built automation solutions to remediate bad customer experiences. Before joining Amazon, I completed an MBA from NYU Stern on the Dean's List, where I focused on strategy and business analytics. I also have a background in consumer insights and strategy in the entertainment industry, where I helped various brands and categories understand and connect with their audiences across markets and segments.
