In line with RFP. The same has been approved by Third Party Auditor of the CHiPS. • • Project planning, CIS creation, Process improvement, Audit of SOPs, and Program management for AT test.• Handling multiple stake holders i.e. multiple OEMs (Lepton, Metadata, Commedia, TPL, CHiPS)• Maintenance of 20000km OFC and approx. 4500-gram panchayat.• Responsible for cluster Fiber rollout and Operation functions• Work closely with circle teams, for developing innovative and cost-effective Fiber infrastructure solutions. • To maintain Network uptime + 99.95% monthly and ensure that Network quality is maintained at the budgeted levels. • Meet government regulatory compliances, HSW compliance, statutory compliance, and internal/external audit compliances• Addressed Rollout and Operational Risks, Challenges like Rapid development of civil Infrastructure like Highway expansion, Freight corridor damaging Fiber Infrastructure thus leading to the need of frequent re-lay cost• Ensuring restorations time for cuts/failure and also limiting Service affecting cuts. • Ensuring availability of spare fibers for network expansion and up-gradation. • Outage handling and recovery• Maintain OLT and ONT 100% uptime• Raise plan event as well as close TT within MTTR time• Handle 50 FRT teams • Monitoring the installation & commissioning processes at various sites and coordinating with Field Engineers for obtaining site status reports for updates on project progress.• Undertaking tests & inspections for ensuring operational effectiveness of equipment.• Providing telecom network & extending communication facilities through the planning, engineering, Show less
