Being a part of the firm since November 2015, I am responsible for contributing to express delivery system and building business ties with retailers operating in categories such as bakery, sweets, florists, Ayurveda, meat & fish, cosmetics, pet shops, and others. I am instrumental in demonstrating the importance of E-commerce and convince retailers to convert potential leads into business relationships. To help take the business forward, I have spearheaded all formalities with respect to making retailers sign letters of intent and terms & conditions of the agreement. Some of the crucial responsibilities of my profile include making descriptions of the products and update product photographs and information on the website; uploading supplier configuration; store mapping and upkeeping of store timings, store logos, and banners over the website. Apart from this, I am actively involved in parent-child mapping; advising retailers on methods that are required for pre-and post- launch; observing price fluctuation by having continuous communication with retailers and updating it over the website; monitoring sales of each retailer in order to claim incentives; and setting daily targets in order to increase efficiency and strive to achieve them efficiently.

While carrying out functions of store management, I was responsible for managing P&L statements of the store, accomplish monthly targets, inventory control, coordinating with Vice – President, Senior Manager and Logistics Manager, and sending all necessary expenses for the store on time. I was instrumental in getting deals for products from outside if necessary, making schedules of the subordinate staffs, entry and exit of the staff using staffing companies, overseeing aesthetics of the store, providing seniors with the necessary feedback for expansion strategy, and greeting and welcoming of all customers that come to the store.Being an Assistant Store Manager, I have always ensured exceptional customer services to all customers. Considering top-notch customer service, I have provided appropriate solutions to customers’ queries and complaints. In addition, I have worked on SAP Retail Platform.

Being a Sales Associate for a duration of almost two years, I have taken part in accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly sales budgets. I have managed a broad range of products, including shoes, accessories, and handbags. However, shoe care and productivity were a major part of my responsibilities. Considering aesthetics of the store, I have given a fruitful contribution to the visual representation of the store.
