As a Feature Lead at Shootsta, I spearheaded the implementation of AI into platform, where I led a team in leveraging OpenAI's ChatGPT API. Utilizing Streams to mitigate API response delays, we employed the ChatGPT model (gpt-turbo-3.5). This feature focused on generating AI-generated text, based on user inputs, subsequently utilized in crafting creative videos. To facilitate real-time updates, we utilized Socket.io to broadcast GPT- generated chunks to the frontend client for continuous processing and display.Additionally, I led a team in the development of another pivotal feature, the implementation of an organization payment (Credits) Purchase History, also known as the Audit Trail. This feature entailed the storage of all organization purchases in DynamoDB. I orchestrated the creation of GraphQL APIs to efficiently retrieve data and designed a new user interface to present the payment history seamlessly.
